“Our food represents our journey from Vietnam, to Hong Kong, to the UK. Food has the power to connect and bring people around a table and create memories. It's our love language. I want everybody to feel the way I feel when biting in to our dumplings...pure JOY.” Northampton’s favourite dumpling dealer, Fashion Bake, was born during lockdown of 2020. Jessica Ly is vibrant, warm and extremely passionate about the food she makes - each dumpling is folded with love. Her personality and love was injected into the branding for Fashion Bake, and resulted in the playful and memorable brand identity that has grown with the business.
